What the form will ask
- Your professional body, and your registration or accreditation number
- Confirmation that you are qualified and in good standing, have at least 100 clinical hours since qualifying, and have the right to work in the UK
- Your main therapeutic modality
- Your experience of clinical assessment and risk screening
- Indemnity insurance, DBS status, and your setup for online sessions
- The weekly availability you can offer, and when
- Around 400 words on how you approach an assessment, why Hora, and what you would bring
- A CV and a recent headshot
- Equal opportunities monitoring
